TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• We fill classes on a first come, first serve basis. To register, create an account on our parent portal and sign up for the class you would like to enroll your child in. All children will be placed in awaiting placement. You will receive an email shortly letting you know if your child is enrolled. If they are enrolled the registration and supply fee is due and it is nonrefundable.

• Tuition is divided into 10 equal payments. May 2026 tuition is prepaid and due June 15, 2025. The 9 other tuition payments are due August 2025 through April 2026 by the 1st of each month.

• Your child’s spot will be given to a child on the waitlist if May 2026 tuition payment is not paid by June 15, 2025.

• Should your child be withdrawn for any reason the registration, supply fee, and prepaid May 2026 tuition payment is nonrefundable.

• A 10% discount is applied to the tuition of the youngest siblings. No sibling discount for registration and supply fee.

• Written notice to the director 30 days in advance for withdrawal is required.

• There are no payment breaks for absences due to sickness, travel, etc. There will be no exception to this policy.

• Pre-k and Young 5s students new to JCBC Preschool will be evaluated over the summer to help us better serve your child.

• Children in the 3s and up must be fully potty trained by the first day of preschool. No fees will be reimbursed if your child does not meet this requirement.
